This sold-out limited edition long sleeved t-shirt was designed at Womanist Press Studio by Tanekeya Word, a Milwaukee-based visual artist, cultural arts organizer, art educator, and scholar.

"It is an honor to pay homage to Emma Amos as she laid the groundwork for myself and so many more Black women artists and printmakers to show up as ourselves and create from the places that moved us: our lived experiences, memories, rememories, our imagination and to look stylish while doing so.  Amos asserted, "For me, a Black woman artist, to walk into the studio is a political act."  We give thanks for the life of Emma Amos."
